Stellantis NA in Michigan is seeking an experienced Program Manager for Electrical Systems to lead integration activities across the vehicle program and coordinate milestones with engineering and manufacturing. You will develop program timelines and communicate plans to elevate critical issues.

The role requires 10+ years in product development/vehicle engineering (electrical design, systems, wiring), strong leadership, and proficiency with engineering tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related degree field.
• Minimum 10 years design, development and program management in product development/vehicle engineering including electrical design and wiring.
• Proficient knowledge of Stellantis NA engineering tools (CN, EBOM, GIMS).
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Capable of representing Electrical System as single point for the program vehicles.
• Capable of presenting to VP level.

Description du poste

The responsibilities include management for all integration activities and interface for all issues (cost, timing, program planning, launch support, program resolution, etc.). The Program Manager will need to develop program timeline integrating electrical systems tasks and milestones into vehicle timeline and assess and communicate program to plan milestones and elevate as required. The Program Manager is also the primary interface between electrical engineering and manufacturing.

Other responsibilities include: responding to program bulletins with cost/timing/investment impacts to the electrical system, driving closure to open issues (GIMS), driving audit scores to meet quality targets, driving FEW and warranty to meet targets

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related degree field.
• A minimum of 10 years design, development, and program management experience in ProductDevelopment functions/vehicle engineering including: electrical design, systems, architecture, wiring etc.
• Proficient knowledge of Stellantis NA engineering tools (CN, EBOM, GIMS etc.)
• Must exhibit high leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Capable of representing the Electrical System organization as the single point for the programvehicles
• Capable of presenting to VP level
