Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior electrical assembly experience required.
  • Ability to strip and crimp wires properly.
  • Ability to assemble components from blueprints or schematics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical assemblies.
  • Maintain clean, safe work area per procedures.
  • Experience reading electrical schematics and wire lists.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble component parts and sub-assemblies per drawings and BOMs.
  • Connect wires, terminate terminations, cut to length, route wiring.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely to meet quality and schedule goals.
  • Complete work orders, record quality data, and labor tracking.
  • Follow safety rules and contribute to continuous improvement.
