Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
• Knowledge of electrical construction, blueprints, schematics, and solar systems.
• OSHA 10-hour certification is a plus; NFPA 70E is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime if required.

Responsibilities

• Configures, assembles, installs, inspects and maintains electrical and solar systems per drawings, specs, schematics and manuals.
• Connects wires to circuit breakers, transformers, inverters and other components; replaces faulty parts.
• Complies with NEC, state regulations and safety codes; performs system commissioning and testing.
• Prepares sketches to determine equipment locations and wiring for conformance to NEC and safety codes.
• Identifies risks and conducts safety job hazard analyses.
• Participates in meetings and training as required.
