The role oversees software and controls projects lifecycle from concept to production launch and post-launch support, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of industry experience in engineering/project management.
• Experience managing software or controls development projects.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of software and controls development projects from concept to production launch and post-launch support.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation with risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to align with company goals.
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure on-time delivery of milestones.
