Qualifications

• Active IBEW Journeyman's license or ability to join the union.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in data centers, industrial, automotive, commercial, or healthcare sectors.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices.
• Proven experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent strategic planning for electrical installations.
• Knowledge of local and national electrical codes.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and other construction professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical installations and ensure quality and code compliance.
• Prepare and manage budgets for electrical projects within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and construction professionals to keep on schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure correct and safe electrical work.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for electrical installations considering timelines and budgets.
• Create detailed plans/drawings using Autodesk and other software.
• Ensure integration of electrical systems with lighting and fire protection systems.
