Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or sign manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electrical work is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch.
• Experience with sheet metal is a plus; automotive experience translates well.

Responsibilities
