Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in sign fabrication is a plus.
- 2+ years of sign fabrication experience.
- Proficient with sign materials and fabrication tools; ability to read drawings.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Sign fabrication of illuminated wall and ground signs; read design drawings.
- Prepare materials for production: cutting, welding, painting, finishing.
- Support installation teams on-site as needed.
- Perform quality control inspections during production.
- Operate and maintain fabrication tools; ensure safe work conditions.
