Job summary

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Training: Hire, train, and manage electricians and technical staff; conduct weekly team meetings; mentor and develop staff skills
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems; review and file project reports; coordinate emergency service requests
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work meets electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations; implement and monitor safety programs
• Customer Service: Serve as the primary contact for service-related client concerns; build and maintain strong client relationships; resolve complaints promptly
• Financial & Resource Management: Set and track departmental budgets; manage equipment, tools, and inventory; review project estimates for profitability
• Process Improvement: Develop and improve departmental policies and procedures; suggest initiatives to increase efficiency and revenue.
• Collaboration: Work with other facility leaders, executives, and subcontractors to align operations with company goals.
