Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Develop and improve departmental policies and procedures; suggest initiatives to increase efficiency and revenue.

Service Management oversees the planning, execution, and maintenance of electrical systems, leads a team of electricians, ensures compliance with safety codes, and manages operational, financial, and customer service aspects of the department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Electrical Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of electrical services. This role blends technical expertise with leadership and operational management, making it critical for both facility operations and client satisfaction.
