Watson Electrical Construction Co. is seeking a Service Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team.

The role focuses on troubleshooting and servicing electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments, with emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction. You will conduct service calls, repair and install electrical equipment, read codes and drawings, and use advanced tools to complete tasks efficiently.

Your Role as a Service Technician

• Satisfy customer needs by troubleshooting systems and equipment to provide comprehensive electrical solutions.
• Conduct service calls following industry codes, safety procedures, and site‑specific protocols.
• Repair, replace, and install electrical equipment and systems in commercial, industrial, and critical power environments.
• Read and interpret electrical codes, drawings, and specifications.
• Use top‑of‑the‑line tools, technology, and automation to complete tasks efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to maintain top‑tier service standards.
• Exhibit a strong and customer‑focused work ethic with an emphasis on safety.
