Job summary

Happy Hiller in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced electrician to install and upgrade electrical components across residential and small business sites. You will perform installations, services and repairs, while coordinating with utility providers to meet code requirements.

We value safety, teamwork and strong communication with customers. A minimum of 2 years of service or construction experience is preferred, with TN Electrical License preferred and a valid driver's license; wage ranges

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of service or construction experience in electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse electrical service issues.
• Must be highly detail-oriented to ensure safety for fellow technicians, self, and property.
• Must be team oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or Upgrade a wide variety of electrical components ranging from generators, rewires, additions, services, panels, etc.
• Provide electrical service and/or repair to customers’ homes, apartments, and businesses
• Coordinate with utility service providers (NES, MTEMC, CEMC, etc.) and local code officials to ensure proper guidelines are established.
• Responsible for adhering to all OSHA safety standards and regulations including the use of proper PPE at all times
• Keep truck clean, stocked and accurately inventoried
