Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of verifiable work experience in the HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and their operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection.
• Perform repairs and replacements to code.
• Facilitate part orders and prep for service day.
• Submit purchase orders to dispatch or purchasing team.
• Communicate with customers regarding questions and concerns.
• Train, coach, and mentor apprentices.
• Maintain courteous demeanor with customers and associates.
