Rodenhiser Home Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced licensed electrician to diagnose and repair residential electrical systems. You will lead customers toward informed buying decisions while delivering safe, high-quality service.

You will complete service calls, mentor apprentices, and help customers choose suitable financing options and maintenance plans. A strong focus on safety, KPI attainment, and customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License required.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for residential electrical issues.
• Ability to take direction and follow established safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Complete residential electrical service calls.
• Establish customer rapport and recommend services.
• Ask lifestyle questions to diagnose heating/cooling issues.
• Explain financing options and maintenance plans to customers.
• Aim to exceed KPI goals and ensure follow-up with clients.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quality repairs.
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging systems and upgrades.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and inventory.
