Dawson's Electric & Air is seeking a skilled Electrical Service Technician to serve homeowners with reliable, high-quality electrical work in residential settings.

You'll install, inspect, diagnose, and repair systems, work independently on service calls, and partner with the team on larger projects. Qualifications

• High school diploma; technical school or college is a plus.
• 3–5 years of electrician experience, residential preferred.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical codes.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug and background check.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, controls, and lighting in residential properties.
• Perform routine electrical inspections and maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems quickly and accurately.
• Follow NEC and safety standards for every job.
• Work independently on service calls and collaborate with the team on larger projects.
• Communicate with clients and provide smart solutions to solve problems.
• Build long-lasting relationships and trust with customers and their homes.
