Job summary

Strongbuilt is seeking a reliable Residential Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in homes. You will read blueprints and wiring diagrams, ensure code compliance, and communicate clearly with customers on site.

Responsibilities include wiring, outlets, lighting, panel upgrades, and keeping tools and vehicle organized while following safety protocols. Valid driver's license and journeyman license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and job specifications.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems and components.
• Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code and local regulations.
• Communicate clearly with customers on site and maintain a professional appearance.

The ideal candidate will Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades including wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, panel upgrades, etc. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams and job specifications. Ensure all work meets applicable building codes (e.g., National Electrical Code) and local Oregon regulations. Troubleshoot electrical issues, test circuits/equipment, make repairs or replacements as needed. Communicate clearly with customers on site – explain work being performed, answer questions, and maintain professional appearance and attitude.
