Job summary

Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a skilled Residential Electrical Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems in homes. The role requires a strong understanding of electrical codes, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Work schedule is Monday‑Friday with a competitive pay range of $25‑$32 per hour, plus health, dental and vision insurance, a retirement plan with company match, paid time off and holidays, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Residential Electrical Certification Required.
• Valid electrical license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience as an electrical technician, preferably in residential services.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical service calls, including troubleshooting and repairing issues in residential homes.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems, wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
• Ensure work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with clients.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of electrical systems to identify issues and ensure safety.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and time spent.
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient job completion.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, trends, and safety practices.
