Titan Electric Companies is seeking a Commercial Electrical Service Technician in Nashville, TN. This role is hands-on, full-time, with a company vehicle and Monday–Friday hours.

You will troubleshoot on the fly, solve problems without shortcuts, and deliver service‑first customer interactions. We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Service Technician to join our team. Someone who can troubleshoot on the fly, solve problems without shortcuts, and show up for customers the way you'd want someone to show up for you. This role is hands‑on, full‑time, and comes with a company vehicle, Monday‑Friday hours, and opportunities to keep growing your skills.

What You Will Do

• Show up on time, ready to work — whether it's a routine job or a high-priority call
• Fix things right the first time. That means using your knowledge, asking the right questions, and troubleshooting effectively
• Keep solid records — uploading photos, notes, and receipts in our field service app when the job’s done
• Communicate with your team (especially the Project Manager), check email daily, and submit your timesheets on time
• Be the face of the company to our customers. That means professional, courteous, and service‑first — every time

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years of experience in the field. You’ve seen a lot, and you know how to handle it
• A trade school certification or degree
• Expert‑level knowledge of electrical codes and standards — and the ability to apply them in the real world
• A get‑it‑done attitude and the independence to manage your own work without a lot of hand‑holding
• The physical ability to do the job — safely and reliably
• Bonus if you’ve done electrical service work before, but not required
• Clean driving record
• Ability to run small Projects

Hours and Extras

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• On‑call and emergency rotation required (we’ll keep it fair)
• Company vehicle provided
• Ongoing training to help you stay sharp and grow
