Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking a Commercial Electrical Service Technician to join our team. This hands-on, full-time role involves troubleshooting on the fly, solving problems without shortcuts, and delivering professional service to customers.

You will work Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a company vehicle and on-call rotation. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the field, a trade school credential, and expert knowledge of electrical codes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience in electrical work.
• Trade school certification or degree required.
• Expert knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to perform the job safely.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to manage small projects.

Responsibilities

• Show up on time, ready to work on routine or high-priority calls.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues correctly the first time.
• Maintain records with photos, notes, and receipts in the field service app.
• Communicate with the Project Manager, check email daily, and submit timesheets on time.
• Represent the company professionally to customers.

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Service Technician to join our team. Someone who can troubleshoot on the fly, solve problems without shortcuts, and show up for customers the way you'd want someone to show up for you. This role is hands‑on, full‑time, and comes with a company vehicle, Monday–Friday hours, and opportunities to keep growing your skills.

What You Will Do

• Show up on time, ready to work — whether it's a routine job or a high‑priority call.
• Fix things right the first time. That means using your knowledge, asking the right questions, and troubleshooting effectively.
• Keep solid records — uploading photos, notes, and receipts in our field service app when the job’s done.
• Communicate with your team (especially the Project Manager), check email daily, and submit your timesheets on time.
• Be the face of the company to our customers. That means professional, courteous, and service‑first — every time.

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years of experience in the field. You’ve seen a lot, and you know how to handle it.
• A trade school certification or degree.
• Expert‑level knowledge of electrical codes and standards — and the ability to apply them in the real world.
• A get‑it‑done attitude and the independence to manage your own work without a lot of hand‑holding.
• The physical ability to do the job — safely and reliably.
• Bonus if you’ve done electrical service work before, but not required.
• Clean driving record
• Ability to run small Projects

Hours and Extras

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
• On‑call and emergency rotation required (we’ll keep it fair).
• Company vehicle provided.
• Ongoing training to help you stay sharp and grow.
