Job summary

A#1 Air, Inc. is seeking an Electrician to install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems, and inspect electrical components for our customers in Texas. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and customer service while handling a range of electrical duties and diagnostics.

You will identify problems with testing devices, repair or replace wiring and equipment, and document repairs and invoices. A clean driving record and Texas licenses are required for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
• Wireman License, Journeyman, Masters.
• Clean driving record.
• Time management skills.
• Basic software understanding.
• Self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Speak professionally to customers, team members, and vendors.
• Manage stress and handle difficult or emotional customer situations.
• Work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs.
• Address and resolve customers’ concerns promptly and accurately.
• Operate company vehicles and follow all state and federal laws; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety instructions with zero tolerance for disregard.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and test equipment employed in the trade.
• Perform skilled electrical maintenance work and installations as needed.
• Submit customer invoices via company I Pad with proper documentation.

Job Summary

Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems. Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers. Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices. Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure new/returning customers’ concerns are addressed and handled appropriately, timely, and accurately.
• Operating company vehicles and will be expected to follow all state and federal laws, as well as, maintaining the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle.
• Safety responsibilities & requirements will be provided in training and no tolerance will be accepted for the disregard of safety instructions.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, meters, hand tools, and all other test equipment utilized in the trade.
• Perform skilled electrical maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration of electrical equipment, components, timers, motors and any other wiring system as needed.
• Submit customer invoices via company I Pad correctly documenting customer equipment information, diagnostic and all recommended repairs.

Physical Work Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift up to 75 pounds.

• Activities involving being around moving parts and equipment, exposure to changes in temperature and humidity as well as dust, fumes, electricity, gases and moderate noise.
