Job summary

A#1 Air, Inc. in Lewisville, TX is seeking an Electrician who will install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems. You will inspect electrical components, diagnose issues with testing tools, and repair or replace wiring and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities include communicating professionally with customers and teammates, managing schedule flexibility, and following safety protocols. Valid Texas licenses and a clean driving record are required; this is a full-time, on-site role

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
• Wireman/Journeyman/Master license(s) required.

Job Summary:

Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems. Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers. Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices. Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure new/returning customers' concerns are addressed and handled appropriately, timely, and accurately.
• Operating company vehicles and will be expected to follow all state and federal laws, as well as, maintaining the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle.
• Safety responsibilities & requirements will be provided in training and no tolerance will be accepted for the disregard of safety instructions.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, meters, hand tools, and all other test equipment utilized in the trade.
• Perform skilled electrical maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration of electrical equipment, components, timers, motors and any other wiring system as needed.
• Submit customer invoices via company I Pad correctly documenting customer equipment information, diagnostic and all recommended repairs.

Job Qualifications:

Physical Work Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift up to 75 pounds.
• The employee is regularly required to use hands to operate or feel objects, tools or controls, communicate, distinguish or identify, adjust or focus.
• Activities involving being around moving parts and equipment, exposure to changes in temperature and humidity as well as dust, fumes, electricity, gases and moderate noise.
