Position Summary:

The Electrical Service Technician is responsible for performing electrical troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and maintenance for commercial, industrial, and residential customers. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. The Service Technician diagnoses electrical issues, provides solutions, completes work safely and efficiently, and ensures customers receive high‑quality service. This position plays a critical role in representing the company, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the overall success of the service department.
