We are one of the nation’s largest providers of lighting and electrical products, electrical services, electrical construction, and energy management solutions. We are expanding our team and seeking an Electrical Service Technician for the FSG Electric - Cincinnati team.

The electrical service technician performs commercial electrical support at customer locations, including troubleshooting, setup, and installation of systems and equipment.

1. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical units in the field.
2. Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses.
3. Provide on-call emergency service as required and communicate with the department manager while in the field.
4. Educate customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations; provide customer service over the phone and in person.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• 3-5 years of commercial electrical experience.
• Journeyman level certification.
• Reliable with availability Monday through Friday, with potential overtime and weekends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license.
