Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Electrical Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of electrical services. This role blends technical expertise with leadership and operational management, making it critical for both facility operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & TrainingHire, train, and manage electricians and technical staff; conduct weekly team meetings; mentor and develop staff skills

• Operational ManagementOversee daily operations, including installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems; review and file project reports; coordinate emergency service requests

• Compliance & SafetyEnsure all work meets electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations; implement and monitor safety programs

• Customer ServiceServe as the primary contact for service-related client concerns; build and maintain strong client relationships; resolve complaints promptly

• Financial & Resource ManagementSet and track departmental budgets; manage equipment, tools, and inventory; review project estimates for profitability

• Process ImprovementDevelop and improve departmental policies and procedures; suggest initiatives to increase efficiency and revenue.

• CollaborationWork with other facility leaders, executives, and subcontractors to align operations with company goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
