Job summary

Graybar Electric Company is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning. You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes while building product knowledge in electrical, communications, and security equipment.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, ability to work independently and in a team, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to drive and operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.
