Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning. You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes to gain exposure to the full business and prepare for a sales role.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 year degrees or equivalent work experience, strong communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to drive a vehicle with a valid license.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.
