Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in electrical or home services.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components, codes and applications.
• Experience with CRM software and digital sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license and must meet MVR eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer needs.
• Evaluate existing systems and provide recommendations for upgrades.
• Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss choices.
• Follow up on open leads and maintain strong pipeline communication.
