OR Browse files Resume is required. You’ll be the technical backbone behind high-stakes transformer projects for hyperscale data centers, renewable energy plants, and industrial facilities.
When the requirements are messy and the stakes are high, you’ll be the one who turns complex specs into clear, buildable transformer solutions.
You translate one-line diagrams and utility requirements into real equipment, real proposals, and real projects that keep critical infrastructure running.
This is a role for someone who likes being in the middle of it all – sales, engineering, factories, repair shops, and the customer – making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
If you’ve lived in the world of medium-voltage power transformation and like being the go-to technical closer, we want to talk to you.
You’ll live at the intersection of power systems engineering, customer requirements, and global manufacturing.
You’ll constantly work with electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, specifications, utility interconnection agreements, and protection schemes as your daily toolkit.
Your core challenge: turn complex power system requirements into transformer solutions customers can trust.
You’ve been the person sales leans on when a transformer project gets complicated – the one who can look at a one-line, understand the protection scheme, and quickly frame a solid solution. You’re comfortable talking megavolt-amperes and clearances with engineers, then explaining the same solution in plain language to non-technical stakeholders.
Maybe you came up through transformer testing, repair, or power systems field work and grew into an engineering or sales-facing role. Either way, you know what fails in the real world – and how to prevent it at the spec and quoting stage.
Medium-voltage transformers • Power systems engineering • Switchgear applications • Electrical single-line diagrams • Utility interconnection requirements • Protection schemes • Transformer testing and repair
You’re not just pushing product – you’re shaping critical infrastructure projects where reliability actually matters.
You’ll sit at the center of sales, engineering, and operations, giving you real influence on how projects are scoped, priced, and delivered.
This is a full-time, exempt role with the stability of an established operation and the growth path of a rapidly expanding critical infrastructure business.
Full-time, exempt position
Travel required up to approximately 5%, primarily to customer job sites, high-value projects, and factory visits
If you’re ready to be the technical anchor for complex medium-voltage transformer deals, let’s get you in the conversation.
