Job summary

MR Power Systems is seeking an electrical safety specialist to audit installations, develop operating and safe-work instructions, and deliver bilingual training (Polish and English) on-site or online. The role includes international travel to client sites across Europe and the EMEA region.

You will provide comprehensive training programs, create clear operating procedures for power equipment, and support technical sales. Flexible hours and remote work options accompany a generous salary package.

Qualifications

• University degree in electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to develop operating instructions for power equipment and organizing safe work.
• Independence and excellent self-organization.
• Willingness to travel for business in Poland and abroad.
• English at a minimum B2 level.

Job description

We’re looking for a specialist to audit installations and documentation, develop operating and safe working instructions, and create and deliver training in Polish and English — on-site and online.

Flexible working hours between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Bonus system

Up to one additional monthly salary upon achieving quarterly targets

100% remote

Work from anywhere. We do not require relocation or office attendance. You will visit client sites when the project genuinely requires it.

What do we expect from the candidate?

• University degree in electrical engineering (or a related field)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Employment contract
• SALARY
  – Base: PLN 10,000–13,000 gross per month
  – Monthly OTE (base + quarterly bonus*): approx. PLN 13,300–17,300 gross
  *QUARTERLY BONUS: up to one additional monthly salary upon achieving quarterly targets
