Job summary

Brittain Electric is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety programs across projects and locations in the Southeast—focusing on reducing risk and ensuring OSHA compliance.

The role requires 7–10 years of safety leadership, experience with energized electrical work and high‑risk construction activities, and certifications such as CPR/First Aid or OSHA 10/30. Travel to Georgia sites is required as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of related experience in safety management.
• Experience with energized electrical work, NFPA 70E, lockout/tagout, fall protection, crane operations is required.
• Experience with mission critical/data center construction or critical infrastructure is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification; OSHA 10 or 30 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of safety programs across projects and locations in the Southeast.
• Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and observations to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
• Coach and develop project managers, superintendents, foremen, and field staff on safe work practices.
