Job summary

Technoflux Engineers is seeking a Safety Engineer for electrical projects on site. You will conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and monthly safety meetings with contractors to foster a safe working environment.

You will audit compliance with policies and client regulations, identify hazards, and implement controls during pre-commissioning activities. Develop and maintain EHS procedures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective HSE practices.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or related field (Electricals & Electronics).
• Strong knowledge of EHS/HSE principles and regulations (NEBOSH certification preferred).
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, developing control plans, and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and monthly safety meetings with contractors on site.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and client regulations through regular audits and inspections.
• Identify hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks during pre-commissioning activities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of EHS procedures for electrical engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of HSE practices.
