Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Health & Safety and EHS practices applicable to industrial construction and energy infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of hazard recognition, exposure control and regulatory compliance.
• Experience delivering safety training, toolbox talks, and safety orientations.
• Proficiency in accident investigation, incident reporting, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Hands-on experience with electrical safety, LOTO procedures, and startup activities.
• OSHA standards and safety management systems knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and field documentation skills.
• On-site work in West Texas with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform hazard assessments and participate in pre-job planning and job safety analyses.
• Verify proper execution of LOTO procedures during electrical work and commissioning.
• Assist with incident and near-miss reporting and investigations.
• Maintain safety documentation and permits; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with project management, supervision, and craft teams to promote safety culture.
