The LOTO Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program to ensure the safe control of hazardous energy during construction, commissioning, maintenance, and operational activities. This role protects personnel, equipment, and facility operations—particularly in complex environments such as data centers, mission critical facilities, and advanced manufacturing plants.
May work inside or outside, in all weather conditions. Requires working at extreme heights, confined spaces, and in restricted areas such as switchgear rooms, manholes, utility tunnels, crawl spaces, or attics. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead. Must lift 51 pounds routinely. Must work at ladders of all types and complete full day assignments involving overhead work. Must be able to access all levels of the building via OSHA‑approved ladders or stairs under construction.
Must have normal or corrected vision capable of discerning color‑coded wires, and normal or corrected hearing. Must wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest) at all times.
Must work 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week, with overtime, weekends, and night shifts as required by project schedules. Work requires flexibility and the ability to work with customers without disruption while maintaining a professional image.
