JBL Resources is seeking an Engineering Technician to support engineers in our Weston, FL facility. You will assist in electrical and robotic system tasks, help install, calibrate, and maintain equipment, and document maintenance activities to ensure records and compliance.

The role emphasizes practical troubleshooting, following detailed procedures, and contributing to production and testing processes with clear communication and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in troubleshooting electrical and robotic systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical work routines and technical procedures.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and make simple judgments in straightforward situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Effective communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience in a manufacturing, medical device, or robotics environment.

Responsabilités

• Providing technical support to engineers on a variety of electrical technical tasks.
• Developing and recommending procedures and methods, and preparing technical reports and documentation.
• Performing technical evaluations of events to determine root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Carrying out responsibilities within the Technical Specialty/Skilled Trade function as an electrical technician.
• Assisting in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of robotic and electrical systems.
• Participating in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during production or testing processes.
• Documenting maintenance and repair activities to ensure accurate records and compliance.
• Monitoring system performance and conducting routine inspections to ensure optimal operation.
