Job summary

3M is seeking an Electrical Reliability and Maintenance Engineer in Maplewood, MN. The role involves leading maintenance efforts for various facilities and ensuring reliable equipment operations. Candidates should have a degree in engineering or electrical disciplines with significant manufacturing experience.

In addition, successful applicants will engage in project management and technical assistance for equipment maintenance, alongside collaborating with international teams at 3M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of electrical experience or Associate's degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Medium Voltage Experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing maintenance of Lab, Office, Pilot Plant, and Utility Plant at 3M Center.
• Perform failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) for maintenance plans.
• Provide on-call support for emergency maintenance activities.
