Job summary

INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA, LLC seeks a Technical Coordinator, EDS at the Battleground Manufacturing Complex in La Porte, TX. The role leads Electrical Distribution System troubleshooting, maintenance, and reliability improvements for 138kV/69kV systems, reporting to the Electrical Reliability Team Leader.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in operations or maintenance, strong leadership, and hands-on knowledge of power systems, relays, UPS, and Motor Controls.

Qualifications

• Seven years in process operations or maintenance preferred.
• Experience with electrical distribution systems and maintenance.
• Familiar with electrical safety standards (NFPA 70E).
• Knowledge of SAP/PowerDB for asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and reliability initiatives within Electrical Reliability and Maintenance.
• Oversee testing and troubleshooting of the Electrical Distribution System.
• Provide technical leadership to operations and maintenance staff.
• Develop scope for TARs and capital improvements.
• Ensure asset data accuracy in SAP/PowerDB and related systems.
