Job summary

INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA seeks an Electrical Reliability Resource Team Leader at Battleground Manufacturing Complex, La Porte, TX. You will lead reliable operation and continuous improvement of the Electrical Distribution System (EDS) across 138kV, 69kV, 12.47kV, and Cogeneration, ensuring safety, compliance, and asset integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years in electrical maintenance or reliability roles.
• Experience with 480V–138kV distribution systems.
• Familiarity with electrical studies and protection schemes.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety, compliance, and SHE performance across maintenance and switching.
• Lead and mentor EDS technicians and reliability personnel.
• Own and manage Electrical Distribution System ownership and documentation.
• Provide technical leadership on reliability programs and fault analysis.
• Plan and support turnarounds, capital projects, and MOC activities.
