Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in electrical, instrumentation, and reliability in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience designing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems and power distribution equipment.
• High-voltage distribution experience where applicable to site assets.
• Strong NEC/NFPA 70E knowledge, safety-focused mindset.
• CMMS experience, preferably SAP; Lean and reliability tools preferred.
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional preferred; advanced data analysis skills.
• Immigration sponsorship not available; able to perform all duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for reliability, maintenance, and performance of electrical/instrumentation systems.
• Support safe operation of low-, medium-, and high-voltage distribution systems and switchgear.
• Ensure NEC/NFPA 70E compliance and hazardous location safety practices.
• Lead or support root cause analyses and structured problem-solving efforts.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Technology teams to troubleshoot failures.
• Support capital projects through design input and scope development.
• Prepare specifications, scopes of work, estimates, and vendor reviews.
