Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent technical education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of relevant industrial electrical engineering, automation, reliability, or manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of industrial automation and control systems (ladder-logic PLCs, HMIs, drives, motors).
• Experience with low- and medium-voltage power distribution equipment (switchgear, MCCs, panelboards).
• Ability to read electrical/control schematics; CAD experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing of electrical equipment up to 13.8 kV.
• Diagnose electrical/control-system problems and oversee tests.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance to implement improvements.
• Provide SME input for design reviews and modifications.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, HMIs, drives, and motors.
• Develop or improve control strategies supporting process improvements.
