Job summary

Charles Aris Inc. is recruiting on behalf of a leading paperboard manufacturer for an Electrical Engineer to lead reliability and continuous improvement initiatives across the mill.

You will optimize power distribution, troubleshoot equipment failures, and drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs, requiring a bachelor’s in electrical engineering and 7+ years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Seven or more years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of industrial power distribution, electrical diagnostics and reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical reliability and continuous improvement initiatives across the mill.
• Support and optimize power distribution systems.
• Troubleshoot and prevent equipment failures.
