Job Juncture in Gainesville, FL is seeking a technically strong Electrical Reliability Engineer to lead electrical reliability initiatives within a chemical manufacturing environment, covering instrumentation and control systems.

The role focuses on improving uptime, strengthening preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with electrical and safety standards in a PSM-regulated facility.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field is required.
• 5+ years of industrial experience with strong exposure to electrical systems, equipment reliability, or maintenance engineering.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC and related industrial standards.
• Experience supporting or leading preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical, instrumentation, and/or control systems.
• Hands-on experience in root cause failure analysis and using KPIs to improve equipment reliability.

Mansioni

• Lead efforts to improve electrical equipment reliability, minimize downtime, reduce breakdowns, and maximize plant productivity.
• Own and improve preventive and predictive maintenance practices for electrical systems, while supporting instrumentation and control reliability programs.
• Provide technical leadership in diagnosing and resolving complex electrical system issues, including motors, drives, power distribution, and related equipment.
• Support troubleshooting, repair, and performance improvement of plant control and automation systems, including PLC and HMI platforms.
• Participate in root cause analysis and failure investigations for significant equipment or process problems and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
