Qualifications

• BS in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on plant experience.
• Extensive experience with electrical safety in industrial settings.
• Experience with Medium Voltage power distribution and switchgear.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations support and participate in turnarounds and major projects.
• Lead reliability engineering efforts for E&I systems and plant equipment.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and cross-train team members.
• Ensure safety integration across all reliability activities and projects.
