Qualifications

• Relevant Associate Degree required.
• 6+ years in industrial electrical environments with reliability improvement.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70B and NFPA 70E.
• Experience with SAP-based PM planning and testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME for electrical maintenance practices and reliability programs.
• Develop PM plans and testing scopes for electrical systems.
• Support electrical troubleshooting and field execution.
• Ensure compliance with electrical regulatory requirements.
• Lead reliability improvements to increase MTBF and reduce failures.
• Coordinate switching orders, risk assessments, and outages per NFPA 70B.
