Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Quality Manager to oversee QA and QC for electrical construction projects. You will manage quality processes, lead audits, and partner with project teams to ensure installations meet specs, codes, and customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in quality in large electrical builds, knowledge of ISO 9001, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. On-site, permanent role with excellent benefits and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality control or quality assurance within large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and auditing practices.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specs and codes.
• Experience managing inspections, actions and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project quality control plans and maintain the QMS.
• Conduct field inspections and audits of electrical installations and workmanship.
• Support ISO 9001 compliance through documentation and audits.
• Identify deficiencies, document nonconformances, oversee corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues and prevent rework.
• Maintain inspection reports, testing records, and turnover docs while supporting safety.
