Leoforce is seeking a Construction Quality Manager in Toledo, OH to oversee quality assurance for electrical construction projects. You will develop QC plans, lead audits, and partner with project teams to ensure installations meet codes and customer expectations.

The role requires 5+ years in quality control within large electrical projects, familiarity with ISO 9001, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work 6/10 hour days is expected.

Qualifications

5+ years in quality control or quality assurance within large-scale electrical construction projects.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, quality management systems, and auditing practices.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
Experience managing inspections, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to quality and safety.
Willingness to work 6 / 10 hour days.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement project quality control plans and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Conduct field inspections and quality audits of electrical installations, materials, and workmanship.
Support ISO 9001 compliance through documentation, internal audits, and continuous improvement.

This role will manage quality processes, lead internal and external audit activities, and partner with project teams to ensure installations meet project specifications, applicable codes, and customer expectations.
