Vision Electric & Systems in O’Fallon, MO is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead the quality program across site construction activities. You will oversee documentation, inspections, and testing with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors to deliver a compliant, quality product.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, 5+ years in construction QA/QC, strong analytical skills, and ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in industrial/construction management.
• 5+ years progressive construction QA/QC experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, document, and track preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections.
• Lead, plan, and schedule weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide written reports.
• Provide ongoing status updates to executive management with recommendations for quality goals.
• Manage and support all on-site quality teams.
• Identify applicable standards and procedures for tasks.
• Communicate best practices, lessons learned, and training opportunities.
• Manage Quality Programs focusing on Site Specific Quality Plans and procedures.
• Ensure materials conform to approved submittals and are properly handled.
