Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Quality Technician - Electrical Inspector to ensure modular data centers and MV power systems meet strict standards. You will perform end-to-end inspections, live power testing, FAT, and commissioning on complex electrical/control infrastructure.

You will document results, drive continuous improvement, and align with engineering and safety teams to maintain high-quality, safe operations on a fast-paced production floor.

Qualifications

• Hands-on LV/MV electrical installations awareness is required.
• Journeyman license or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Quality Inspection & Testing across equipment and systems.
• Component-Level scope: enclosures, panels, MV switchgear, HVAC, surge devices, PLC wiring.
• System-Level scope: modular data centers, PDCs, E-Houses.
• Live power testing, FAT, and commissioning for complex electrical infrastructure.
• Validate 24VDC, 415VAC, HMI, ATS across systems to ensure zero-defect delivery.
• Create testing reports and audit-ready documentation.
• Conduct process audits and own SOPs, testing matrices, training materials.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, LOTO and engineering drawings.
• Lead CAPA activities with Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
