The Quality Inspector - Electrical performs in-process and final inspections of electrical components and systems used in test equipment, verifies workmanship and soldering per IPC-610 standards, and collaborates with production and engineering to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Electronics Technician experience preferred.
• Must be able to distinguish colors.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections including continuity testing, component placement, soldering, crimping, and workmanship per IPC-610 standards.
• Provide feedback to assemblers and supervisors to drive corrective actions.
• Monitor, collect, and analyze non-conforming product data.
• Clarify documentation with engineering or customer as needed.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wirelists.
• Perform Acceptance Test Procedures on finished products.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to enhance quality and profitability.
