Job summary

Design Ready Controls in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform standard QA inspections on electrical control panels and wire harnesses. You will document results, log issues, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency with torque and hand/power tools. ERP and ISO/5S experience are preferred, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency using torque, hand and power tools safely.
• ERP experience is preferred.
• Experience in ISO and 5S environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct standard QA inspections of electrical control panels and wire harnesses.
• Complete QA documentation and problem resolution logs.
• Identify improvement opportunities based on inspection/test results.
• Read and use BOMs, drawings, assembly instructions and diagrams.
• Relay errors professionally to co-workers and assist in related manufacturing areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area and support Lean activities.
