Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2–5 years of supplier quality experience.
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Review internal and external quality indicators and ensure quality of supplier parts.
Lead field quality improvement and evaluation activities, especially for the electrical system.
Execute quality activities in compliance with company goals (IQS, VDS, Plant Winner, CR, 3M, 12WM, 36WM, QMP, etc.).
Plan and ensure quality of KD supplied parts through partnerships with KD suppliers and internal teams.
Travel to conduct field investigations on incident vehicles to understand customer concerns.
Execute special projects to support production.
Prepare detailed plans, reports, and schedules for the Quality Assurance team.
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
