Qualifications

• Must read and interpret design packages for projects and job site specifications.
• Familiar with National Electrical Code (NEC) and AHJ requirements.
• Proficient with standard office software and able to learn company operating systems.
• Strong attention to documentation and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain QC procedures for each installation stage and conduct inspections, audits, and evaluations.
• Collect data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
• Perform improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with team members to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
